* Finish reading the book. Then, think about at least 10 adjectives to describe Piper. Write them down on a piece of paper.
You are going to create a Word Mosaic using these adjectives. Click on this website: www.imagechef.com. This website allows you to pick the color, shape, and text, of a mosaic. Choose the color of the text and background. Then, choose the font for your text and shape you would like your mosaic in. Finally, type your adjectives into the text box. Click "Preview", and you've got your very own Piper Reed Word Mosaic.
When you are finished, give me ideas about how else I can use this website in the classroom!
Enjoy!

You could use it in the classroom when we have extra time. I read the book two weeks ago and I can't remember all of the questions. I liked the book beacause it related to my family, since we have moved so much.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you enjoyed it. You can create a Word Mosaic of yourself instead if you'd like.
ReplyDeleteI did my mosaic and here is my idea: you could use it for wordles because it is alot better. On this one you can make the shape of the wordle. I liked the book because it had to do with fighting and flying. But still, it's not as good as GOOSEBUMPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteMy idea for this website in the classroom is to build up your classrooms creativity. I liked the story because it explained a lot about what is happening and because it describes everything about each person in detail.
